Tree House Modular Set

This modular tree-house pack comes with a total of 117 handcrafted objects, carefully built to be reused across many types of projects. While the theme began as a tree-house, the assets are highly adaptable and can be used for any wooden or rustic architecture, from cabins and survival bases to stylized villages.

The models are relatively low-poly, with proportions adjusted to feel consistent and easy to combine with other common asset packs (Check the size reference using Quaternius and Kaykit Characters), while still keeping their own unique identity. Instead of texture atlases, the pack uses a pool of materials—a choice that allows you to quickly swap colors, speed up shader workflows, and improve runtime performance in engines such as Unreal and Unity.

The pack is divided into two versions:

Free Set: 66 objects, available under CC0 license.

Extra Version: 51 additional objects, plus the source file, unlocked with contributions of $5 or more.
