This game-ready, low-poly kit lets you mix & match helmets, armor, faces and weapons on a single humanoid rig—plus it includes +50 handcrafted animations for combat and movement.

FAQ: Why materials instead of a texture atlas? To make it easier to change colors and easier to apply custom shaders. In many cases, it’s also more efficient this way, especially for modular characters (For optimization: Remove the materials and replace them by material variants on your favourite game engine, this will consume nearly no resources).

68 Parts (all skinned to the same rig):

• 9 Helmets – 3 open helms, 6 closed helms.
• 7 Bodies – 3 heavy armor, 4 light/cloth.
• 7 Arms – 3 armored, 4 light.
• 10 Legs – 3 armored, 3 garrison-skirt, 4 pants.
• 4 Feet – 2 boots, 2 armored boots.
• 5 Pauldrons – all armored (one with spikes).
• 5 Facial-hair options – 3 long beards, 1 full beard, 1 mustache.
• 5 Base heads – two with simple hair, bald, shaved, and an “no-ears” head for snug helmets.
• 3 Eye sets – neutral, angry, and one-eyed + scar.
• 4 Shields – 2 round, 1 teardrop, 1 heavy.
• 9 Weapons – 3 one-hand swords, 1 hand-and-a-half sword, 2 hand-and-a-half talwars, 2 one-hand sabers, 1 mace.

Animations (57 total):

• Basic: idles, walk, run, dash, roll, jump, fall, landing.
• Combat – 1H sword: multiple basic slashes, jump slashes, stabs, combos, and entries.
• Combat – 2H: basic slashes, heavy slashes, fast stab, finisher.
• Shield: block enter/push/return.
• Unarmed/boxing: basic punches, uppercut, idle.
• Reactions: on-hit, death variants.
